Water Analysis
Understand Your Water Before Choosing Treatment
Tell us where your water comes from, what you’re noticing, what equipment you already have, and what you want to change. We use that information to figure out what should be checked next before recommending equipment.

Water Source
Well, municipal, or another source.
What You’re Noticing
Test information, symptoms, changes, and concerns.
Existing Equipment
What is already installed, if anything.
What You Want to Change
What needs attention or improvement.
Start with what you know
Start with the water, not the equipment.
Send what you already know. We’ll review the water source, symptoms, test results you may have, and any existing equipment. If something important is still missing, we’ll tell you what would be useful to check next.
Where the water comes from changes the questions that matter.
What you know and what changed help us decide what to check.
Tell us what equipment is already installed and whether it still seems to be working.

We tell you the next useful step
The next step might be a treatment discussion, more testing, service on equipment you already have, or simply a clearer answer about what to check.
Water Analysis Request
Tell us what you know about the water.
You don’t need to know what treatment you need. Send us what you know, and we’ll help you figure out the next step.
Please don’t include sensitive personal information. If test results or photos would help, we can ask for them later.
Ready to tell us what you’re seeing?
Use the single H2O Easy request form. Choose “Water question or analysis,” then tell us what you already know about the source, changes, testing, or equipment.

Water quality and well performance are separate evaluations.
Water analysis evaluates what is in the water. A Well Performance Evaluation documents how the well and pumping system deliver water under observed field conditions. Both may be useful when the property has a private well.
